Probate was granted on 20[th] February, 2014 for the Will dated 25[th] July, 2008 executed by Krishan Lal Sehgal. The valuation report in respect of property bearing No.275/276, Double Storey, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi has since been filed by the concerned SDM and the requisite court fees needed to be paid for obtaining the probate, hence this application is moved for seeking permission to allow the applicant to file the requisite court fees.

In the circumstances requisite court fees be filed and on payment of requisite court fees the probate be issued.

The application stands disposed of.
