It is submitted that complainant and petitioner have settled their

disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 11[th]January, 2017,inasmuch as WP (Crl.) No. 203/2017 has been filed for quashing of the FIR.Complainant is present in Court along with his counsel and admits having

settled the matter.Property disputes arose between the complainant andpetitioner, which led to registration of the present FIR No. 442/2016 under

Sections 420/120-B at Police Station Burari.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties and the

fact that petitioner is on interim bail till 25[th]January, 2017, he is admitted tobail on the same terms and conditions.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
