This is an application under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.Cfiled on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIRNo.14/2016, under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC, registered at PoliceStation Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitionerwants to surrender before the Trial Court as the petitioner has been declaredproclaimed offender (P.O.).

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, theprayer is allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before theconcerned Trial Court on or before 13[th]October, 2017 and after surrenderthe petitioner shall move appropriate application before the Trial Court, whoshall dispose of the same in accordance with law. It is further directed that inthe event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing

bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to thesatisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned till 13[th]October, 2017.

The bail application stands disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed.
