Petitioners and private respondents have prayed for quashing of the

following cross FIRs:-

FIR No. [551/2015 ][under Sections 356/379/354/323/506/34 IPC ](a) registered at Police Station Rajinder Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2 Dr. Pooja Sharma in W.P.(Crl.)No. 1501/2016.

599/2015 [under Sections ][323/506/34/354 ][IPC registered at ](b) FIR No. Police Station Rajinder Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2 Ms. Ruchi Arya in W.P.(Crl.) No. 1839/20 16.

It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 17th December, 2015. It is not in dispute that petitioners and respondents were neighbours. quarrel ensued between them on some trivial issue resulting in registration of the aforesaid cross FIRs. Private respondents in both the petitions are present in Court and have been identified by SI Ram Pratap, Police Station Rajinder Nagar. It is submitted that they have settled their disputes amicably with the accused persons in the respective FIRs of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They said they have no objection in case the abovenoted FIRs are quashed.

Petitioner no.2 in W.P.(Crl.) 1501/2016 who is respondent no.2 in W.P.(Crl.) 1839/2016 has paid Rs.1 lac to respondent no.2 in W.P.(Crl.)
