This is petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of thepetitioners for quashing of FIR No.104/2014, under Sections 354/354-A/341IPC, registered at P.S. Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi and all subsequentproceedings arising therefrom.

Learnedcounselforthepetitionersubmitsthatduetothemisunderstanding arisen between the parties, the respondent No.2 gotregistered an FIR No.104/2014, under Sections 354/354-A/341 IPC, at P.S.Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. He further submits that after the registration ofthe FIR, the near relatives and close friends intervened and the matter hasbeen amicably settled between the parties and the misunderstanding hasbeen sorted out and nothing further remains to be adjudicated, however, thepresent FIR is coming as hurdle in the peaceful life of the present petitionerwho is young boy and prays that the FIR in question and all proceedings

arising therefrom may be quashed.

The respondent No.2/complainant is present in Court today and hasbeen identified by the Investigating Officer, SI Bal Mukund, P.S. RajinderNagar, New Delhi. The complainant admits that the matter has beenamicably settled with the petitioner and the misunderstanding has beensorted out and the said settlement arrived at with the petitioner is voluntaryand without any force, pressure or coercionand nothing remains to beadjudicated further between them and she has no objection, if the FIR inquestion is quashed.

Looking into the above facts and circumstances of the case since thedispute has been amicably resolved amicably and the misunderstanding hasbeen sorted out and nothing further remains to be adjudicated between them,to have peace in the life of the parties and better relations in near future andto meet the ends of justice, I deem it appropriate to quash the aforesaid FIRand all subsequent proceedings arising out of the same.

Consequently, FIR No.104/2014, under Sections 354/354-A/341 IPC,registered at P.S. Rajinder Nagar, New Delhiand all subsequentproceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly.Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed.
