1.Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed tochallenge the correctness of an order dated 13.2.2017 by whichwarrants of arrest were issued against the petitioner.
2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and haveexamined the file. Impugned order reflects that execution proceedingsare pending against the petitioner as he failed to pay arrears ofmaintenance despite various opportunities granted. He even did notopt to appear on several dates before the Trial Court. Warrants ofattachment issued for recovery of the arrears of maintenance remainunexecuted. The order specifically records that the execution petitionpertains to the arrear of maintenance for the period from 28.7.2011 tillCRL.M.C. 1647/2017Page 1 of 2
14.1.2013 prior to the remarriage of the decree holder/respondentNo.2.
3.I find no illegality or material irregularity in the impugnedorder and the present petition being devoid of merits is dismissed inlimini.
4.All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
5.Copy of the order be sent to the court concerned forinformation.
