The allegations levelled against the applicant in the FIR and the in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the complainant No.2 i.e. the mother of the complainant No.1 extend to the offence of outraging her modesty.
The application is also opposed on behalf of the State.
Without making any observations on the merits and demerits of the case, taking into account the factum of the submissions made in
the FIR and in view of the specific allegation made against the applicant in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the complainant No.2 i.e. the mother of the complainant No.1 recorded on 13.9.2017 in relation to the outraging the modesty of the mother of the complainant No.1 and the status report filed on behalf of the State, there are no grounds for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
The anticipatory bail application of the applicant is dismissed.
