The petitioner limits his prayer in the present petition to anexpeditious conclusion of the investigation of the FIR No. 178/2013 dated20.07.2013 (PS EOW) instituted for the offence under sections 420/120B ofthe IPC.

investigation is almost complete and shortly report under section 173Cr.P.C. is to be submitted.
