1.Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. forquashingofFIRNo.748/2014registeredunderSections354/365/506/120B IPC at PS Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi. It is statedthat the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant /respondent No.2 before the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts,Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 20.01.2015.The parties arerelated to each other.

2.Complainant / respondent No.2 is present with her counsel andhas been identified by the Investigating Officer. I have enquired fromthe complainant if she has settled the dispute with the petitionersamicably without any fear or pressure. She has informed that all thedisputes between the parties have been resolved amicably with herfree consent and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR inquestion.
3.The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy ofsettlement agreement dated 20.01.2015 has been placed on record.Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no usefulpurpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In theinterest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to thelitigation,FIRNo.748/2014registeredunderSections354/365/506/120B IPC at PS Mandawali Fazalpur, Delhi and all theproceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
4.The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 10,000/- as costs in thePrime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensureits compliance.
5.The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
