It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled

their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.186/2012 under Sections147/148/149/323/427/506 IPC registered at Police Station Roop Nagar onthe complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed.It is further submittedthat respondent nos.3 and 4 have also been impleaded in the matter as theytoo sustained injuries in the incident.

Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court along with their counseland have been identified by SI Yogesh Kumar, P.S. Roop Nagar.They

submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own freewill and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and are not willing topursue the FIR, any further. It is noted that petitioners and respondents wereknown to each other, inasmuch as, were having business partnership.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioners andrespondent nos.2 to 4, in the interest of justice, FIR No.186/2012 underSections 147/148/149/323/427/506 IPC registered at Police Station RoopNagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
