Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered in court the documents from St. Stephens Hospital, Tis Hazari, Delhi to show that the petitioner was examined on 22.02.2017 and on account of persistent discharge and abdominal pain, surgery has been advised to the petitioner while making him mindful of the risks involved. The said document does not show whether the petitioner is in condition to undergo the surgery presently or not.

Let the petitioner be examined at the same hospital within week, to report with regard to his medical condition and preparedness for undergoing

surgery. further report be filed before the court after such examination.

List on 11.04.2017.

Till the next date, the petitioner need not surrender. His parole is extended on the same terms and conditions as it was earlier imposed.
