Having heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the partiesand perused the evidence on record, in particular, the testimony of PW7; theprosecutrix; as well as PW1, the Doctor, who certified the status of PW7 tothe effect that she was minor on the date of the commission of the offence,
we are of the view that the present is good case for grant of leave toappeal.
The leave petition is accordingly allowed and disposed off.

Let this criminal appeal be registered and numbered.
Trial Court record be requisitioned.
The Registry is directed to prepare the appeal paper book forthwithand provide copies thereof to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of theparties.
During the pendency of the appeal, the respondents No. 2 to 9 aredirected to furnish personal bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each; with onesurety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar General ofthis Court.The respondents shall also undertake on affidavit to appearbefore this Court as and when the appeal is taken up for hearing.
Furthermore, in case the respondents shift to another residentialaddress, the same shall be intimated to this Court by way of affidavits,forthwith.
List the appeal before the Registrar General for the said purpose on16[th]August, 2017.
