Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be placed before the Court of HMJ Ashutosh Kumar as W.P (Crl.) 2787/2016, titled as Rahul Bhargava & Ors. vs. State is coming up on 09.11.2017.

On perusal of the record, it transpires that vide order dated 22.09.2017, Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice has already marked both the cases before Ashutosh Kumar, J. Accordingly, the matter be listed before the Court of Ashutosh Kumar, J on date already fixed i.e. on 09.11.2017.
