1. It is stated that the refund order dated 13[th] April, 2017 has been passed. copy of the order has been handed over to learned counsel for the Petitioner. It is further stated by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the interest amount thereof shall be credited in the account of the Petitioner not later than one week from today. In the event of denial of the interest amount by the Respondent, the reasons thereof will be furnished to the Petitioner not later than one week from today.
2. It is open to the Petitioner to make representation to the VATO concerned within one week thereof and such representation /objection shall be decided within month. W.P.(C) 2334/2017 Page 1 of 2
3. If any further grievance survives, it is open to the Petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
4. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
