Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Judgment Debtor hashanded over the balance amount payable by way of cheque in the sum ofRs.1,65,930/- towards full and final satisfaction of the Decree.Learnedcounsel for the Judgment Debtor undertakes that the cheque shall behonoured on its presentation.
By this petition, the Decree Holder seeks execution of the Awarddated 10.07.2006 Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that theentire payment under the Award has been received.
In view of the above, the satisfaction of the Decree i.e. the Awarddated 10.07.2006 is recorded.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Theinterimorderdated04.03.2014,whereby,orderdated05.11.2012 was continued, stands vacated.
