In the FIR, Ashok Kumar the complainantstatedthat on 7^*^ August,2017 as he left for work he realised that he has forgotten his helmet and thushe sent Sudamato his houseto getthe helmet. SudamaaskedAshokKumarto make phonecall so that his family may give him the helmet. While thecomplainantwas talking on the mobile phone, the three petitionershereinwho were eating, came to him and thoughtthat he was callingthe Police.They threatenedhim that if he informedthe Policethey would teach him alesson and thereafter scuffle started with him resulting in injuries on thehead, finger and foot of Ashok Kumar. In the process Shyam Lai alsoreceived As the in the MLC to Ashok Kumarinjuries. per opinion injurywas grievous in nature and to Shyam Lai it was opined to be simple innature.
Consideringthe fact that the incidenttook place on the spur of themoment on thethat thewas petitionersapprehending complainant callingthe Police againstthem, there being no previousrecord of the petitioners,and petitionershaving alreadyjoinedthe investigation,this Court deems itfit to grantanticipatorybail tothe petitioners. It is thereforedirectedthat inthe event of arrest the petitionersbe releasedon bail on their fiimishingaBAILAPPLNs. 1857/2017,1964/2017& 2047/2017page 2 of3
personalbondin the sum of^25,000/-eachwith one suretybondeachofthelike amount subject to the satisfactionof the Arresting Officer/ SHOconcerned, further subject to the condition that they will join theinvestigationas and whendirectedand will not leavethe countrywithouttheprior permissionofthe Court concerned. In case ofchange of residentialaddress the same will be informed to the Court concerned by way of anaffidavit.
