This is petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitionersfor quashing of FIR No.367/2012, under Sections 323/452/34 IPC andSections 27/25/(54)/59 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dabri and allthe subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the

petitioners and the complainant/respondent No.2 are residents of the nearbylocality but due to some misunderstanding quarrel had taken place betweenthem, which resulted into registration of the aforesaid FIR. He also submits

that after the registration of FIR, the near relatives and close friendsintervened and the matter has been amicably settled between them before theMediation Centre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, which has been reduceddown into writing on 22.02.2017 and that nothing remains to be adjudicated.He further submits that the present FIR is coming as hurdle in the futurelife of the petitioners and respondent No.2 and prays that the present FIRmay be quashed.

The respondent No.2 is present in person and has been identified bythe Investigating Officer ASI Devender Kumar and admits that he hasamicably resolved all disputes with the petitioners voluntarily without therebeing any threat, coercion or pressure of any sort. He further submits that hehas no objection, if the present FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, since the matter hasbeen amicably settled between the parties and nothing is to be adjudicatedfurther, I deem it appropriate to quash the FIR in question. Consequently, tomeet the ends of justice, the FIR No.367/2012, under Sections 323/452/34IPC and Sections 27/25/(54)/59 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Dabriand all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.Copy of this order be given dasti, as prayed.
