By this petition, the petitioner has sought transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 125/2016 u/S 420 IPC, being investigated by P.S. Economic Offence Wing, Delhi Police.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that after the investigation the charge sheet has been prepared and is being scrutinised before the prosecution branch.

In view of submission of learned Additional Standing Counsel, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present

petition.

Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
