This is an application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant ofanticipatorybailincaseFIRNo.311/2012,underSections416/417/418/419/420/463/464/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at PoliceStation-Dabri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner isinnocent and the allegations as alleged in the FIR is false and baseless. Hefurther submits that the petitioner has already joined investigation andnothing is to be recovered at the instance of the petitioner and the petitioneris not required for custodial investigation. He further submits that the matterhas already been amicably settled between the parties before the MediationCentre, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi on 08.09.2017. He further submits thatthe petitioner is ready to join further investigation as and when required andprays that the petitioner be granted anticipatory bail.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.However, the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officeradmits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner isdirected to further join the investigation and in the event of her arrest, she bereleased on bail, on her furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- withone surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO concerned withthe condition that she shall not influence the prosecution witnesses; she shallnot tamper the prosecution evidence; she shall not indulge in any illegalactivities and she shall not leave India without prior permission of theconcerned Court.

The present bail application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.Copy of this order be given dasti.
