1.Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. forquashing of FIR No.249/2014 registered under Sections 323/341/34IPC at PS Burari. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicablywith the victims / respondents No.2 & 3 before the Mediation Centre,Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 03.03.2016.
2.Victims / respondents No.2 & 3 are present in person and havebeen identified by the petitioners’ counsel. I have enquired from themif they have settled the dispute with the petitioners amicably withoutany fear or pressure. They have informed that all the disputes betweenthe parties have been resolved amicably with their free consent andthey have no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

3.The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Copy ofsettlement agreement dated 03.03.2016 has been placed on record.Since the dispute between the parties has been settled, no usefulpurpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In theinterest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to thelitigation, FIR No.249/2014 registered under Sections 323/341/34 IPCat PS Burari and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
4.The petitioners are directed to deposit ` 10,000/- as costs in thePrime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensureits compliance.
5.The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
