Smt. Meera, respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in the Court andhas been identified by W/SI Ekta of Police Station Nangloi. Respondentno.2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioner before the MediationCentre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 2[nd]September, 2016.She furthersubmits that she has settled the disputes with the petitioner of her own freewill, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and sheisnotwillingtopursueFIRNo.658/2003undersections420/467/468/471/451/452/354 IPC registered at police station Nangloiagainst petitioner and, therefore, the same may be quashed.

In terms of the settlement, petitioner has paid `45,000/- vide demanddraft (photocopy whereof is on record) to the respondent no.2 towardbalance settled amount.Respondent no.2 submits that with this payment

entire settled amount of `95,000/- stands paid. She has no objection in caseFIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as detailedabove,intheinterestofjustice,FIRNo.658/2003undersection420/467/468/471/451/452/354 IPC registered at police station Nangloi andthe consequent proceedings emanating thereform are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
