(1)The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.in case FIR No.367/2016 under Sections 3/4/5 Delhi Public GamblingAct,1955;Section420/120BIPC;Section66InformationTechnology Act, 2000. registered at Police Station Janak Puri. Statusreport is on record.
(2)I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and haveexamined the file. By an order dated 25.04.2016, the petitioner wasgranted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation asand when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the

investigation.
(3)Petitioner’s involvement emerged in the disclosure statement ofco-accused Rahul who informed that the premises in question weretaken on rent by the petitioner and his brother Praveen Gupta. Thepetitioner was not arrested at the spot and no incriminating materialwas recovered from his possession.
(4)Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, thepetitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest,he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of`50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of theSHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join theinvestigation as and when required.
(5)The bail application stands disposed of.
