It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.2178/2015 under Sections 323/506/509 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 are stated to be neighbours. It is submitted that quarrel took place between them on some trivial issues. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by ACP Rajender Pathania,
Mehrauli. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.2178/2015 under Sections 323/506/509 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
