The petitioner, by the present petition, seeks direction torespondent – All India Sports Council of the Deaf to send the name ofthe petitioner to participate in the Deaflympics, 2017 to be held inTurkey from 18[th]July to 30[th]July, 2017.
Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advancenotice, submits that by communication dated 01.05.2017, the name ofthe petitioner has been recommended in the sport of Lawn Tennis(women) to the Sports Authority of India for further action.
copy of the letter dated 01.05.2017 has been produced in theCourt. The same is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw thepetition with liberty to approach this Court in case the need so arisesin future.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn withliberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
