Petitioner was granted interim bail for four weeks since her child, whowas suffering from Autism, was seriously ill. By this application, petitionerseeks extension of interim bail on the ground that petitioner’s three year oldson is still in the hospital where his endoscopy has been done. Certificate ofDr. Preet Singh Chawla of Chawla Nursing Home dated 23[rd]February, 2017reflects that biopsy result was inconclusive as tissue was insufficient. It issubmitted that repeat biopsy is required.

Learned APP for the State submits that SI Krishan Pal of policestation Kalkaji has already verified the facts and the petitioner’s child hasfound hospitalised.

Accordingly, interim bail of the petitioner is extended for another four

weeks from the date of expiry of earlier bail on the same terms andconditions as stipulated in the order dated 6[th]January, 2017 passed in Bail

Application No. 4/2017.

Application is disposed of.
