At the relevant time, respondent nos. 2 and 3 were employed with the

petitioner. On the complaint of respondent no. 3, FIR no. 457/2016 underSection 354(A) IPC was registered at Police Station Sagar Pur against thepetitioner.Respondent no. 3 alleged in the FIR that petitioner had madeindecent gestures and misbehaved with her in his cabin and when respondentno. 2 intervened, he abused both of them.

It is submitted that petitioner and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled

their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed, therefore, FIR may bequashed.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and admit having settledthe matter with the petitioner of their own free will and without any undueforce, coercion and pressure. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 submit that they arenot willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be disposed of.

Keeping in view the above facts, in the interest of justice, FIR no.457/2016 under Section 354(A) IPC registered at Police Station Sagar Pur,

which is at the investigation stage, is quashed in view of the settlement.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
