The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connectionwith the FIR No.5/2017 dated 5.1.2017, P.S. Nangloi, instituted for theoffences under Sections 323/341/354/506/34 IPC.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his grandsonwas kidnapped and his dead body was later recovered, for which one ManSingh was arrested. The present case against the petitioner has been lodgedby the father of the aforesaid Man Singh, namely Ramji Lal.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has been framed in this caseto put on pressure on him not to pursue the FIR regarding the death of hisgrandson.

Mr.Ashish Dutta, Learned APP has submitted that the petitioner, afterprotection was granted to him, participated in the investigation and is not

required now for any investigation.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grantthe anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of his arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be releasedon bail on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety inthe like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ court.

Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
