Respondent no. 2 is complainant; whereas respondent nos. 3 and 4 are
injured.It is submitted that all the private respondents sustained simpleinjuries. Petitioners are neighbours of respondent nos. 2 to 4. quarreltook place between them on some trivial issues, which led to registration ofthe FIR No. 343/2013 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at Police StationKanjhawala, on the complaint of respondent no. 2. With the interventions oftheir common friends, petitioners and private respondents are stated to havesettled their disputes amicably, vide Compromise Deed dated 7[th]
December, 2017. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court along withtheir counsel and has been identified SI Nikhil Singh of police stationKanjhawala. They submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR anyfurther against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.
Keeping in view the fact that quarrel ensued between theneighbours, on some trivial issues, which led to registration of the aforesaidFIR and now they have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest ofjustice, FIR No. 343/2013 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered atPolice Station Kanjhawala and the consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
