Having regard to the fact that in the FIR the applicant is described as an associate of Ram Lal, the said Ram Lal having earlier approached the police on 28.01.2017 apprehending false implication at the instance of the prosecutrix/the first informant of the case and the nature of offences alleged, the prime allegation being of the attempt to disrobe and set the first informant to criminal intimidation while being assaulted, it is case where the applicant deserves due protection. Therefore, the application is allowed.

It is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested during the investigation into case FIR No.26/2017, under Sections 354B/323/506 IPC, Police Station Roop Nagar, she shall be released on bail, on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount, BAIL APPLN. 641/2017 Page 1 of 2

to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO of the concerned Police Station, subject to the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required by the IO and shall not try to temper with any evidence or influence any of the witnesses connected to the case.
