Krishan Kumar of police station Chhawla.Respondentno.2 submitsthat he has settledthe matterwith the petitionersvide two separatesettlementdeeds both dated 12"^ July, 2017 (AnnexureP/1and AnnexureP/9 respectively),therefore,he has no objectionin case orderdated 1'^ July, 2014 passed by Ms. Manika, M.M., Dwarka,New Delhi inComplaintCase No. 64/2/12titledDheerajSinghvs. RishipalSinghRana&Ors. as well asthe said complaintcase is quashed. Respondentno. 2 furtherstates that he will also withdraw the cases filed by him, that is, W.P. (Crl.)640/2015titledDheeraj Singh vs. Commissionerof Police & Ors. and Crl.Rev. P. 200/15 titledDheeraj Singh vs. State,which are pendingbeforeI.S.Mehta,J. Respondentno.2 shallremainboundbyhis statement.I have consideredthe statementof respondentno.2, which has alsobeen recorded, on oath, separately with regard to the withdrawal ofaforementioned two cases as also the settlement deeds. In view of thesettlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, orderdated 1'^ July, 2014 passed by Ms. Manika, M.M., Dwarka,New Delhi inComplaintCaseNo. 64/2/12titledDheerajSinghvs. RishipalSinghRana&Ors. as well as the complaintcaseare quashed.
