PetitionerhasapproachedthisCourtinvokingthewritjurisdiction of this Court apprehending raising of unauthorizedconstruction by respondent nos. 3 to 5 in or around property no. JP-2,Pitam Pura, Delhi.As per the photographs annexed to the writpetition, pit is lying dug-up. It is stated on behalf of the petitionerthat pillar is intended to be raised to have the first floor extended.Ms. Kalra, ld. counsel for the respondents submit that work stopnotice has already been issued and on an inspection carried outyesterday, no construction activity was found getting carried out,though, some building material was found lying there.In otherwords, according to the respondents, the respondents have already
taken the requisite steps by issuing work stop notice to the SHO toensure that no construction activity gets carried out. As regards thebuilding material lying in or around the subject premises, Ms. Kalraand Mr. Singh, ld. counsel for the respondents submit that requisitesteps for the removal thereof, shall be taken. Let it be done.
In the given situation, nothing survives in the instant petition.
At this stage, ld. counsel for the petitioner states that respondentno.5 has made certain extension covering with glass wall.Let theinstant petition be taken as representation of the petitioner by therespondents and requisite steps be taken, as expeditiously as possible.Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
