1. This is petition seeking review of order dated September 05, 2017.
By this Review Petition, the petitioner intends to reargue the case on merit, which is not permissible. He relies on the judgment of the Supreme Court in
the case reported as (2007) 1 SCC 437 Mathura Prasad v. Union of India and Others, more specifically para 19 to contend that even an error of fact for sufficient reasons may attract the principles of judicial review.
2. There cannot be any dispute on the said proposition. The writ
petition, having been dismissed, the petitioner can maintain review petition
on very limited ground(s). It is not his case that there is an error apparent on
the face of the record.
3. I do not see any merit in the review petition. The same is dismissed.
