(1)Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferredby the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.881/2015 under Section 135Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Saket. It is statedthat the matter has been settled with the complainant/respondent No.2amicably.

Ltd. is present before the Court and informs that the petitioner haspaid his all dues and respondent No.2 / BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd.has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

(3)The petition is supported by the affidavit of the petitioner & nodues certificate issued by respondent No.2/ BSES Rajdhani PowerLtd.

(4)Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicablyand the entire dues have been paid, no useful purpose will be servedto continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to putan end to the litigation, FIR No.881/2015 under Section 135Electricity Act, 2003 registered at Police Station Saket and all theproceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

(5)The petitioner is, however, burdened with costs of `20,000/- tobe deposited with Prime Minister Relief Fund within month. TheRegistry shall ensure the compliance of the order.

(6)The petition is disposed of accordingly.
