1.Pursuant to the order dated 30.10.2017, on which date learned counselfor the petitioner has stated that the petitioner is willing to confine his reliefin the present petition to the request made to the respondent for permissionto retain the family quarter allotted to him at Jyoti Kunj Complex, Dwarkatill the end of the academic year of his two sons, i.e., till the end of 31[st]March, 2018, learned counsel for the respondents states that he has obtainednecessary instructions. He hands over copy of the order dated 02.11.2017issued by the DIG (Admn.), CRPF permitting the petitioner to retain thefamily quarters in question till 31.03.2018. The order dated 02.11.2017passed by the respondent No.3 is taken on record.
2.Learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner may bedirected to file an affidavit in this court undertaking to hand over vacant andpeaceful possession of the subject flat to the respondents on or before31.03.2018.W.P.(C) 9498/2017Page 1 of 2
3.The petitioner shall file an affidavit undertaking inter alia that he andhis family members shall hand over vacant and peaceful possession of thesubject flat allotted to him, on or before 31.03.2018, without any demur. Thesaid affidavit shall be filed within two weeks with copy to the other side.4.Thepresentpetitionisdisposed ofalongwiththependingapplications.
