The petitioners had come up before this Court seeking protection fromthe respondents.

The marriage betweeen the petitioners was against the wishes of thefamily members of the girl. It appears that, now, for the present, parents ofthe girl have accepted the marriage. In that event, the petitioners do notapprehend any danger.

As such, the present petition is requested to be withdrawn.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
