Learned Additional Standing counsel for the State has placed onrecord copy of the order dated 23[rd]May, 2017 by which the application forgrant of parole of the petitioner was rejected.

By the present petition, the petitioner requests that he be released onparole three months in order to enable him to look after his old mother whois suffering from knee joint pain and to arrange finance. Learned AdditionalStanding counsel points out that the petitioner has already been granted twoweeks furlough which is yet to be availed of by the petitioner.Let thepetitioner avail of furlough for the purpose for which this petition has beenfiled. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
