The status report is submitted on behalf of State submitting to the effect that the applicant submitted an application on 17.08.2017 to police station Kotwali Zevar, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, UP to the effect that his mobile phone had been stolen from his pocket or he may have dropped it somewhere in Greater Noida or Zever, UP and that the said report has been falsified by the report of the said police station to the effect that there was no such report lodged as per the record of the said police station.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that layman can only submit an application and cannot be aware of the lodging of the complaint itself qua which aspect it has been submitted on behalf of the State that the document that has been submitted by the applicant along with the application under consideration dated 17.08.2017 of the police station Kotwali Zevar, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, UP with the report of the

concerned police station clearly indicates that the stamp on the letter dated 17.08.2017 submitted by the applicant is different from that of the SHO Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, UP. The same itself suffices to negate the grant of any interim protection whatsoever.

The application is dismissed and all interim protections are withdrawn.
