The petitioner has already joined investigation on 14.06.2017.
From the averments made in the FIR as also the materials collectedagainst her, there does not appear to be any necessity of custodialinterrogation.
Dr.M.P. Singh, APP has also submitted that if the petitioner continuesto participate in the investigation in right earnest, there would be nonecessity of taking her in the custody.
The petitioner was given interim protection by bench of this Courton 12.06.2017.
Taking into account the aforesaid facts, in the event of arrest orsurrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on her furnishing bond inthe sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfactionof the Arresting Officer.
The application is disposed of.
