1.The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court underArticle 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.Cfor extension of parole.

2.Verification report has been filed.

3.Nominal roll has been received.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an application ofthe petitioner for his release on parole submitted to the Government of NCTof Delhi, the petitioner was ordered to be released by an order dated 3[rd]May,2017. Pursuant to this order, the petitioner was released on 3[rd]July, 2017.She submits that the petitioner has been advised swimming as well asphysiotherapy to recover from his injuries.She submits that the petitionerhas been facing difficulty in moving as no proper treatment was given tohim at DDU hospital.The petitioner has applied for extension of parolewhich has not been responded to.

5.The petitioner has placed on record the photostat copies of thetreatment/prescriptions.Lastly, the petitioner was under the treatment ofDr.Pankaj Anand, Tirath Ram Shah Charitable Hospital, Rajpur road, Delhi.6.As per the verification, Dr.Pankaj Anand informed that the patientneeds physiotherapy but swimming is not mandatory. It is pointed out thatthe facility of physiotherapy is available in Room No.2, OPD, in DDUHospital.

7.In these circumstances, the petitioner may avail of the physiotherapyfacility at DDU Hospital as suggested and prescribed by the Medical OfficerDr.Pankaj Anand. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for extension ofparole.

8.The petition is dismissed.
