The submission of counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation. He submits that the other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the trial court. He further submits that the injuries suffered by the victims have been reported to be simple.
In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. In the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not contact the complainant or other victims and shall not seek to
influence any of the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in the case. The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called for.
The application stands disposed of.
