The learned counsel for the parties at the Bar inform us that thepetitioner Ms. Shruti Jindal has rejoined her husband at the matrimonialhome, and that the latter has withdrawn the proceedings seeking divorceunder the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
Mr. Prag Chawla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. PratikJindal, respondent no.2, also undertakes to withdraw all the cases institutedby him against the petitioner Ms. Shruti Jindal and her family membersforthwith.
Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of Ms.Shruti Jindal, who is present in Court, also undertakes to co-operate with
Mr. Pratik Jindal, her husband and his family members, to withdraw/ quashthe proceedings instituted by them against Mr. Pratik Jindal and his familymembers.
It is directed accordingly.In view of the foregoing, Mr. Jain, oninstructions of Ms. Shruti Jindal, seeks leave to withdraw the petition at thisstage. The petition and the pending applications, are accordingly, disposedoff. However, in the event of any difficulty, the petitioner is free to revivethe petition by way of an appropriate application.
