detailed affidavit has been filed by the petitioners stating andexplaining the threat perception at the hands of the respondent No.3 and herrelatives. On 17.04.2017, this Court had directed the officer incharge of theconcerned police station to provide protection to the petitioners by postingone beat constable near the residence of the petitioners, who would keep aneye on the ingress and egress in the house of the petitioners. The mobiletelephone numbers of two officers of the police station have also beenprovided to the petitioners with direction to the aforesaid officers that incase any distress call is made by the petitioners, it would be attended to andnecessary action be taken at the end of the police. Needless to say that suchprotection shall be afforded to the petitioners till the time the issue is settled.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.Order dasti.
