Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is agedabout 28 years.Petitioner is neighbour of complainant.Petitioner hasalready joined the investigation.Nothing has to be recovered from thepetitioner. No custodial interrogation is required.
Learned APP submits that on 15[th]July, 2012 at about 11:30 pm when
the complainant was closing the door of her house, petitioner came there andcaught hold of her hand. On her raising alarm, he ran away from there. Ithas been confirmed that petitioner has joined the investigation. Petitionerhas no past criminal record.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that incase of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, subject to hisfurnishing personal bond in the sum of `15,000/-(Rupees FifteenThousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of theInvestigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
