Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner andcomplainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released onanticipatory bail, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of`20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the likeamounttothesatisfactionoftheInvestigatingOfficer/ArrestingOfficer/SHO concerned.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
