Status report has been submitted on behalf of the State submitting to the effect that the victim child was under trauma and thus could not be produced for her testimony and the date before the trial Court is 18.12.2018 for the examination of the prosecutrix. On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that the father of the prosecutrix will ensure the appearance of the minor child for her examination before the Court.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh seeking grant of bail in view of the stated demise of the mother of the applicant.

At this stage, prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner seeking an expeditious trial. In view of the proceedings dated

13.10.2017, SC No. 209/16, the learned ASJ-01, (West), Special Court, under the POCSO Act, THC, Delhi shall make an endeavour to

conclude the trial within the year 2018.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned trial Court.

The present petition is disposed off with liberty granted to the

petitioner to file the fresh petition seeking grant of bail.

Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed.
