The case against the applicant who seeks anticipatory bail fromthis Court, such relief having been declined by the court of sessionsby order dated 29.06.2018, as culled out from the allegations in theFIR No.1149/2017, P.S. Samaipur Badli and the evidence collectedduring investigation presents grave scenario. The applicant appearsto have forged the documents of the property bearing no. H-3/94,Sector-18, Rohini. civil suit was filed in the court of additionaldistrict judge which was dismissed on 31.07.2017.The applicantthereafter moved this Court in regular first appeal. The allegationswhich are being investigated into against the applicant are that he inconcert with Mr. Prakash Arya, Advocate indulged in certain acts ofcommission to create forged and fabricated document purporting toBAIL APPLN. 1507/2018Page 1 of 2
be an order passed by this Court.The case is still at the stage ofinitial investigation and it is clear that custodial interrogation of theapplicant would be called for. It may also be added that as per thesubmissions of the State, the applicant is involved in another criminalcase forming subject matter of investigation into FIR No.555/16,under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, P.S. Kotla Mubarakpur.
In the above facts and circumstances, no case is made out foranticipatory bail.
The bail application is dismissed.The pending application isrendered infructuous and stands disposed of accordingly.
