Respondent no.2-Ms. Meenu Sharma is present in Court and has beenidentified by SI Sunil Kumar of police station Dwarka North. She submitsthat she has settled the matter with the petitioner before the DelhiMedication Centre, Dwarka on 27[th]November, 2013 of her own free willand without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits thatshe has already received entire settled amount of `1.6 lacs and has noobjection in case FIR No. 392/2013 under Section 420 IPC and Section 4 ofThe Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 ofpolice station Dwarka North is quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner andrespondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the
consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application
is disposed of as infructuous.
