3.For the time being Mr. Tanmay Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that this writ petition could be disposed of with direction to the respondents to take decision on the representation dated, 29[th] November, 2018, submitted by his client.

4.The respondent is directed to take decision on the representation, submitted by the petitioner, within period of two weeks.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate the matter, in case he is aggrieved by the decision on his representation.

6.Needless to say, it is further clarified that further steps taken towards installation of the lift would not result in creation any equities against the petitioner, and would be without prejudice to the petitioner’s right to assail his grievance afresh.

7.All the parties in this case would appear, for the said purpose, before the Deputy Commissioner, Rohini, on 12[th] December, 2018, at 11:00 am.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
