Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and have beenidentified by SI Manohar Lal of police station Hari Nagar.Theysubmit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of theirown free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercionbefore Delhi Mediation Cell, Tis Hazari Courts vide Settlement/Agreement dated 11[th]January, 2017 and in view thereof, they havenoobjectionincaseFIRNo.367/2015underSections420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Hari Nagarand consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashedagainst the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the

petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, nofruitful purpose would be served in keeping the FIR pending.Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanatingtherefrom are quashed against the petitioners.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneousapplication is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
