status report has been filed by the respondent. It is stated that in terms of the earlier order passed by this court adequate police protection has been afforded to the petitioners. The concern of the State, however, is that the petitioners are not residing at the present address which has been mentioned by them in their petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are living at the aforenoted address i.e, D-172, Gali No. 8, Block D. Kadi Vihar, Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of police station Swaroop Nagar. The interim directions contained in the order dated 04.12.2017 are confirmed. The concerned SHO and the beat constable of the area shall give the necessary protection to the petitioners; the mobile number of the SHO and the beat constable shall also be furnished to

the petitioners who shall be at liberty to contact them in case of any urgency/emergency and it is needless to state that the police will afford necessary protection to the petitioners.

Petition dispose of in the above terms.
